Bluefish at The Place is like no other bluefish. Like everything else, the unique taste attributed by the large fire that everything is cooked on makes this an excellent choice for a main dish. A fillet of bluefish is broiled in butter with sliced lemon on top. The fish are usually caught locally, if not by ourselves.
