If you've never had roasted corn you're in for a treat. You'll never go back to boiled corn again! Each ear of corn is roasted in its husk right on the fire. When served, it is shucked and dipped in butter. The corn is from Florida to start with, and then local farms once it is in season in Connecticut. Corn is the first food you will recieve, and be sure to order a few ears per person! Also remember to specify ahead of time if you prefer not to have butter.
