The roast clam special consists of clams on the halfshell, roasted with our special combination of butter and cocktail sauce. This is one of the most popular appetizers. Specials can be ordered by the dozen or half-dozen, and can also be ordered in combination with the plain roast clams or with either of the sauces on the side. These are served right off the fire on hot metal racks--remember to clear a spot for them on the table and make sure no one is burned. These are what those black tiles are for.
