Steamers and Mussels
 Steamers are a popular food among seafood lovers, and ours are no exception. About a pound of clams are steamed on the fire inside their own package. They are served with their broth and a side of butter.

 Mussels are served in the same way as steamers.

 Recently added to the menu are wine and garlic mussels, which are steamed in a special blend of coctail sherry and garlic to give them that extra flavor. This is quickly becoming a poular appetizer.

 Mussels can also be served roasted on the fire in the same way as roasted clams are.
